One in ten private sector employers plan to outsource jobs abroad this year in a bid to grow staff levels at a lower cost, a new report suggests.
According to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), almost half of IT firms, and 17% of manufacturing companies, plan to relocate some jobs to other countries.
Half of these jobs will go to India while a third will go to Eastern Europe, the report found.
But what can we do as small businesses? Here’s an idea and a recommendation.
I don’t normally do this but I have to this time.
I am going to do two things. One give away a bit of a trade secret and then even worse show you someone you can do it with.
Now this seems like me, not working an opportunity, but I see it as great marketing instead.
You see by showing you how you can succeed, you will love me, and then come back to me when you want the really big help.
Well - that’s the plan - this BIG help you can help pay for with Creative Credits (we are an official supplier.)
And get a free £4000 worth of help.
So what’s the big trade secret? Go Global.
USE ELANCE - it’s as simple as that - but the hard bit is:
a) Knowing about elance.
b) Knowing who you could go to for help in elance.
Well (a) we have done, I could add, elance is easy to use and a great way of getting help online globally, but this isnt that useful.
What is useful is (b) - here’s a company you can use tomorrow - which I just did.
