‘Do social’ - it feels a little like when friends of mine used to say - we’ve ‘done thailand’ or ‘done asia’.

The idea that you can do a place - i.e. travel to it and see the sights - without the thought that you could never see it all in one go and that the landscape changes as the people do.

As so it is with marketing, especially great marketing, which is why it is so great to be able to teach it and learn from it.

It evolves continually, like the world itself (but on techonological steroids). A world which is beautiful in it’s connections.

Having now met with a couple of large public sector non-for-profits (ahem, ahem) who want to re-engage with the creative, enterprenuerial, starting and high growth businesses in the NW I can see we need some fundemental changes in culture for any thing to happen - just finished a meeting which made me so angry….

I know it’s a online press peice for MyVoucherCodes, which is great PR marketing for them, but it is still worth a read and think about. As from their research, More than one in five Britons believe that they have a business plan that will make them millionaires.
